FRIDA Southwest, Oklahoma City, OK
I was intrigued when I saw Southwest cuisine in Oklahoma City. I thought I would give this place a shot and was pleasantly surprised how authentic it was. I started off with the Short Rib Empanadas which were and plump and juicy and just absolutely incredible. Then I had the Short Rib and the Santa Fe French Chicken. Both were juicy and the seasoning was spot on for each dish and perfectly cooked. One of my favorite sides that I added was the Truffle Corn and Parmesan Risotto, it was a melt in your mouth amazing if there is one side you order this one is it. Southwest may not be the first thing you think of here but you definitely have to give this place a try it is a worthy competitor for Southwest cuisine.
