Jacket Potato Amarillo, TX

I love this place, it’s everything you could ever want for a classic comfort food restaurant. They have huge and fully loaded baked potatoes. You can pick from their signature favorites or customize your own potato. I ordered the trail blazer that’s loaded with chili, cheese, onion, and jalapeno. It was absolutely fantastic, it was so big I couldn’t finish it! This has to make it to your list when you’re in or passing through Amarillo.
