Mo’s Steakhouse. Milwaukee, WI

This is a favorite of mine and I look forward anytime I can dine here. It’s a fantastic steakhouse with an impressive selection of prime and Wagyu cuts. Start with the crab cake—it was among the best I’ve had since I visited Baltimore, which is saying a lot. The calamari and rock shrimp are excellent, too. For the main event, the bone-in ribeye is packed with flavor and cooked to impress. There’s a nice wine list, and dessert is a must: a warm, oversized chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. Incredible.
