Salty’s. Portland, Oregon

This is Hands down my Favorite restaurant in Portland. It’s an upscale restaurant right on the Columbia River, perfect for a romantic date night. Every dish here is magnificent, but the Halibut reigns supreme, closely followed by the king salmon. And don't even get me started on the seafood chowder – a must-try starter. I highly recommend making it even more indulgent by adding dungenous crab. This New England-style chowder has a unique twist, with a touch of sherry around the rim. I've been tempted to make it my entire meal, with four bowls devoured in one sitting. That's how delicious it is!
