Vajra Indian Restaurant Chicago, IL
I had very little experience with Indian food until I was in Chicago with a colleague who is Indian. He took me to this high end restaurant serving Indian and Nepalese specialties and I absolutely loved it. The sauces and flavors were rich with spice and delivered a taste experience I had not experienced before. I will look for any opportunity to come back here. Experiencing new foods is why I love to do what I do, you have to give this a try and let your mind be blown!
