This steakhouse is fantastic, when you go there order some drinks and appetizers they have best starters and appetizers in town. Their main courses are just as impressive though. I started off with the Bison and Prime Beef Meatballs with a Texas whiskey Peppercorn Sauce. It was unbelievably good and the sauce only added to the explosion of flavors. And for my main course, I couldn't resist of course more Bison… trying their Bison Strip Steak with a house peppercorn blend, and a local mushroom-port wine sauce. Let me tell you It did not disappoint, especially with that delectable sauce I was licking the fork. And as if that wasn't enough, I already have my eye on the duck for my next visit….
