Fantastic sushi right in the Pikes Place market area. Sushi is decent in most places, but this place was much better than average. It was super fresh and loaded with fresh slices of seafood. My favorite roll of the night was the Seattle roll which was full crab meat in the middle and layered with salmon on top. What kicked it off was when he torched the salmon on top to give it a sear it’s an extra amazing flavor. Definitely recommend this small place that’s been here for many years and you can see why it is unbeatable.
