This is a great Little lunch spot right over the border from Portland in Vancouver, Washington. Normally, I would never put a place that features instant Ramen on my blog however, this one is very unique and super cool! They have a massive wall full of over 100 different types of Ramen from Japan. Once you finally decided on your flavor, then you go to the refrigerated area where it has all of the toppings you want to add. All these toppings are very fresh and authentic. Once you’ve chosen everything you go over to the hot plate and within about five minutes, your Ramen is completely cooked and ready to go. You’ll get great ramen and the experience is really unique.
